1. Open %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Game of Thrones\UnrealEngine3\AGOTGame\Config\AGOTInput.ini
2. Find a section [AGOTGame.AGOTPlayerInput].
3. At the end of it, add lines:
Bindings=(Name="F8",Command="FOV 75",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False)
Bindings=(Name="F9",Command="FOV 80",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False)
Bindings=(Name="F10",Command="FOV 90",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False)
4. Modifiy FOV values if needed and save.
5. Launch a game.
6. While in game, press F8, F9 or F10 to change FOV.

You have to run a game at least once, in order for it to create configuration files.
