Microsoft Account requirement is a matter of adding an account DRM to a row and adding a note on a MS account requirement where applicable.

It seems an MS Account is required to play that. Are there any known workarounds or can this be added to the page?

Is an account necessarily a DRM though? Isn't it more for data-tracking?

PCGW usually mentions a required account under DRM. Though the current description seems to imply that you can play single-player without an Xbox account.

Sorry for the late answer, but if you can play SP without an account, it shouldn't be listed as DRM indeed.

You need Microsoft account to play the campaign because you need a ms account to start infinite as a whole. There isn’t a way to start the game without signing in

This is already accounted for. You add a generic account DRM and then a note under the Availability table saying that a MS Account is required for all versions, like Forza Horizon 4 or 5.
