Be aware of scammers claiming to be representatives or affiliates of PCGamingWiki who promise a PCGW page for a game key.
It can be done if windowed mode is forced through DxWnd, followed by being forced into Bordered Fullscreen through the software Borderless Gaming. Results are fuzzy and ugly though, not recomended. It's the only way i've figured, despite my struggles to do so.
