where do I put the dgVoodoo 2 files

I did all the procedure step by step, but when it was time to put the dbvoodoo files in the game folder it didn't work, so I wanted some help about that.

Do you have the d3d8.dll and dgvooodoo2.conf files where the game's executable is? It might also help to have high DPI scaling fix on the game's exe (right-click the game's EXE, click "Change high DPI settings", then set Program DPI to "Use this setting...", Use this DPI when to "when I open this program", and High DPI override to "Application"). I'm going to double check what went wrong but it is working for me.
