Key points

Includes the new English localization.[3]
Can experience crashes on launch and frame rate loss on interactions with a controller, although workarounds exists.
Initial reports suggests the game uses a high internal render resolution, and does not respect the resolution selected by the player. This causes performance differences between resolutions to be almost non-existent as the image is merely downscaled to the chosen resolution.

Verified on Steam version, using Special K's Render Toolkit to inspect the render target view. This command line argument changes the view from the original 4096x1800 to 4096x2160. Note that parts of the view is entirely black and not actually in use.
