Issues fixed

Update StarForce for operating systems newer than Windows XP

Update the StarForce DRM to a newer version[5]
  1. Download the unofficial TrackMania_StarForce_Mod.
  2. Extract, then copy and replace all files in the <path-to-game> folder from the .rar file.

Notes

TrackMania Original must be version 1.5.2 or else the game will not work.

White screen freezing issue

Use dgVoodoo[6]
  1. Download dgVoodoo 2 and unpack it.
  2. Copy d3d8.dll, ddraw.dll, d3dimm.dll from the MS folder and the dgVoodoo.exe to <path-to-game>.
  3. Run the dgVoodoo.exe and click the forward-slash "/" in the top right-hand corner of the window. Click "Apply" then "OK".
  4. Change the settings in the "General" tab according to your hardware.
  5. Under the DirectX tab, there are different video cards to select.
  6. Tick "Fast Video Memory Access"
  7. Untick "dgVoodoo Watermark"
  8. Click Apply.
  9. Run the game.
Use WineD3D[7]
  1. Download WineD3D and extract it.
  2. Copy d3d9.dll, libwine.dll, and wined3d.dll into <path-to-game>.
  3. Run the game.
