it causes the audio of the in-game intro and the ending to cut and skip around. Just putting this here in case someone has the same problem and can't figure out what's causing it.

forgot to post it before, but i'm using the Steam version of the game.
and no mods at all.
I've added the info, but cannot verify on my end at the moment. If someone can confirm the issue, provide more info about your game as well - it would be helpful to find a specific cause if it does not happen for everyone.
