Go to the configuration file location. Open `game.cfg` with a text editor. Find the line `videoApplicationStart = logoDeepSilver.mpg logoRotobee.mpg Splash.mpg` and delete everything after the equals sign.

Go to `<path-to-game>\Video` Delete or rename `logoDeepSilver.mpg` and `logoRotobee.mpg`

Patch 1.4 is the last patch and removes copy protection.
