Fixes
Due to an unfortunate error there is a bug in the game. While the developer has claimed on twitter to be working on a fix the game will default touchscreen input if a touch screen driver is running.
To fix this on windows PC open device manager.
Open Human interface devices.
Look for one with the words touch screen on it.
Right click the item and disable it.
The game should now default to letting you use a mouse.
