Revision as of 22:06, 3 April 2021 by My pizzaz (talk | contribs) (Added Steam to the availability section and the "This game is no longer available digitally" quote. I don't know if it has any other DRM other than Steam, so i just added Steam.)

Issues unresolved

"Black Square" bug

Same issue that occurs in FarCry 2
When using DX10, using Bloom in combination with HDR (enabled by default in DX10) will cause a black square to fill parts of the screen in many different scenarios, but mainly when looking down. Disabling bloom also disables brightness adaptation, making it hard to see properly in dark areas but the only known workaround is to disable it, or play in DX9 mode.[2]

Issues fixed

Missing sound effects

Set sound quality to 24 bit, 48000 Hz[3]

See Sound problems (cracking, delays, missing music/effects, etc.)
