  3. Open the BaseEngine.ini file.
  4. Change bSmoothFrameRate=TRUE to bSmoothFrameRate=FALSE
  5. Change MaxSmoothedFrameRate=62 to MaxSmoothedFrameRate=144 or whatever framerate you wish.
  6. Save file.
