High frame rate

Unlock frame rate workaround[1]
  1. Start the game and set it to Borderless Window and Vsync on.
  2. Close the settings menu.
  3. Change your refresh rate to 60 Hz from Nvidia Control Panel or from Windows display settings.
  4. The game will now run with 20 or 48 FPS. Go to the settings and it will jump to 60 FPS.
  5. Close settings and change your refresh rate to 144 Hz. Now the game will run at 144 Hz.

Notes

Don't open the settings again, or your frame rate will fall to 48 again.
