Version differences
- Singles + is an updated re-release, including the latest patch and the Kitchen Set DLC. It was released in the UK.
- Singles - Extended Version is an updated re-release, including the latest patch, both the Kitchen Set and Make Up DLC, and some exclusive content. It was released in Germany.
- The original US (Eidos) release is censored. The game was later re-released uncensored.

Essential improvements
Patches
- Patch 1.4 introduced extensions (DLC) which can add to the functionality of the game. See: Downloadable content (DLC) and expansions.
- Update 1.6 was the last patch for the EU version only, not for the US (Eidos) version. It includes all of the previous fixes and improvements, and adds a photo session mode. It also installs two official extensions (DLC): Kitchen Set and Make Up.
