This page may require
cleanup to meet basic
quality standards. The specific problem is:
we lack gamefront patch (and extensive instructions to use it) and everything here just refers to GOG version (retail is also a thing) . You can help by
modifying
the article. The
discussion page may contain useful suggestions.

Issues fixed
No music (soundtrack) in-game
(game menu music doesn´t count)
- Run game in win98 compatibility (but sound can get choppy sometimes), or (a better solution) check this music patch.
Run Blood II on modern operating systems
Download the latest version of dgVoodoo from this page http://dege.freeweb.hu/ (version at the time of this writing is 2.41).
Unzip the file and run dgVoodooSetup.exe
Navigate to the DirectX tab.
Check both of the Behavior options.
Enable the options you want (MSAA is the only thing I recommend changing).
Turn off the dgVoodoo Watermark.
Apply the settings and close the setup.
Go to the MS folder in the dgVoodoo folder
Drag both of the files to your Blood II directory
Launch the game and it should now work correctly.
