Weird in-game physics for example the cars get stuck in one another upon collision
Largely improved if the resolution is set (assuming supported) to 1600x1200 (Russian title) or 1280x960 (English title). On resolutions of 1024x768 or less, colliding with cars and objects is so dangerous, you'd want to stay away from them
Known in-game bugs
- Prob: Accidentally escaped the map into the void!
- Soln: Often occurs after having changed seats with the other drivers too many times in the short period. Change seats again or call 911. Pick solution carefully, because of other problems below
- Prob: After changing seats (and possibly changing back) during the trucking mission, some of the rivals disappear, making impossible to arrive to the destination first
- Soln: No known workaround. Treat the bug as a penalty for changing seats
- Prob: After having conquered the vast majority of the in-game market shares (around 95%), it's no longer possible to find the remaining drivers for a hire
- Soln: The workaround is to initiate a trucking race, finish it (either first or otherwise) and hope the remaining unemployed truckers (assuming they participated in the race) will decide to want to be hired soon thereafter
- Prob: After having conquered the major stake of the in-game market shares, you often witness your employees engaging into any race you initiate (either directly or by changing seats)
- Soln: While vastly considered an in-game mechanic, this is very likely being a memory leak. No known workaround, but you may often use that problem to generate very quick money effectively. Find an employed driver finishing their race and carrying something costly; then change seats and hope the other employees with get bound to participate in the race. Every one of them then will produce quick revenue as they finish their races. Moreover, once you finish your race, you can change seats with one of employed-by-you former competitors, causing even more truckers to get engaged and so on.
- Prob: Cops only remember the vehicle to have committed crimes (if any), but not the drivers
- Soln: Heh, just abuse that
- Prob: The drivers agree to hotfix your vehicle only after many inquiries; the same goes to the rivals inquiries about dropping the load/slowing down
- Soln: Heh, just abuse that (2)
- Prob: If you drive a stolen vehicle and are doing trucking, the cops figure out you drive an illegal vehicle only after you put off your load
- Soln: No soln, a very weird and funny in-game bug
