Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code is a scrolling side view fighting game developed by Type-Moon, French-Bread, and Ecole Software, and published by Arc System Works. It is the sequel to Melty Blood Act Cadenza and the fourth installment in Melty Blood series, a spin-off of the adult visual novel Tsukhime.

The game was originally released in arcades on the Sega NAOMI system as Melty Blood Actress Again, which seen various updates and ports on arcades, PlayStation 2, and PC, with the PC version of Actress Again Current Code being based off the latest arcade revision (1.07). The PC version later received some patches to correct bugs in the game, however, it is missing some features from the PlayStation 2 game, such as the Boss Rush and Survival Mode and leftover text files relating to the missing modes.[1] The game initially was not released through retailers like the previous Melty Blood games, instead it was bundled with the Limited Edition Blu-ray release of Carnival Phantasm, Vol. 3.
