Moving the page (renaming it) to Project: Snowblind makes it instead become PCGamingWiki:Snowblind

That's a feature of Mediawiki, where the Project namespace is considered special pages relating to the site in question. If you want it changed (and I wouldn't recommend it just for one game), it has to be done directly in the site configuration.
