The Meta Quest Touch Plus are a pair of game controllers released by Meta on October 10, 2023. They were released alongside the Meta Quest 3 VR headset.
Compare to the previous-generation Touch controllers, The Touch Plus controllers no longer has the tracking rings, with the IR lights relocated to the edge of the faceplate of the controllers. In addition to the improved vibration thanks to the voice-coil actuators, the Touch Plus controller now has the two-stage index triggers, in which squeezing the fully-depressed triggers can registers additional input values separated from the main trigger input values. Each controller has 3 buttons, an analog stick and 2 triggers. The triggers, buttons, analog stick and faceplate are capacitive.
In addition to being bundled with the Quest 3, the Touch Plus controllers are also sold separately.
The Touch Plus controllers are only compatible with the Quest 3 and are compatible with SteamVR.

Support in games
- When paired with the Quest 3, the controllers are supported in VR games through SteamVR. See List of VR games for a list of VR games.
- When the headset is connected to the PC through Virtual Desktop, the controllers can acts as a single XInput controller for non-VR games when "Emulate gamepad on PC" is turned on.
