The third-generation Oculus Touch controllers, later known as the Meta Quest 2 Touch controllers, are a pair of game controllers released by Meta on October 13, 2020. They were released alongside the Meta Quest 2 VR headset.

Compare to its predecessor, the third-generation Touch controllers have better ergonomic design and better battery life. Each controller has 3 buttons, an analog stick, 2 triggers and a touchpad. The triggers, buttons and analog stick are capacitive. Just like the second-generation Touch controllers, the IR rings are facing upward.

In addition to being bundled with the Quest 2, the Touch controllers are also sold separately.

The third-generation Touch controllers are only compatible with the Quest 2 and are compatible with SteamVR.
