While PCGamingWiki has some general guidelines for references and whatnot, as Expack3 mentioned it's not meant to prohibit original research, nor listing what can be described as "community confirmed issues" either.
In this case, while the section you added was well intentional, it was also not following PCGW's editing guidelines which is required for articles to have a consistent style and layout.
Particular, the "Known issues" section you added would be more appropriately covered as an "Issues unresolved" or "Issues fixed" section.
