I know the section doesn't make it particularly-clear, but PCGamingWiki does allow for original research, or self-references or self-refs as well call them: PCGamingWiki:Editing_guide/References#Self-verified_fixes_and_settings

While PCGamingWiki has some general guidelines for references and whatnot, as Expack3 mentioned it's not meant to prohibit original research, nor listing what can be described as "community confirmed issues" either. For example, a fixbox or bullet point with a reference to a Steam thread describing and detailing the issues should suffice in regards to covering the fact that the issues "exists." A user-based refcheck referencing yourself for the solutions (or a reference to a forum post detailing the solutions) would also suffice for the provided fixes.
In this case, while the section you added was well intentional, it was basically also not following PCGW's editing guidelines which is required for articles to have a consistent style and layout.
Particular, the "Known issues" section you added would be more appropriately covered as an "Issues unresolved" or "Issues fixed" section.
