Would this be possible or too complicated? It would always go after Input Settings, however sometimes there are sections below Input Settings such as "Controller". Perhaps you can simply ignore sections using h3?

It should be possible to automate its addition by checking for the text below its intended location (system requirements, references or a category). I'll look into the specifics some time this week but I won't start processing pages until the other Development:SMW templates are ready so everything can be upgraded at the same time.
