Create a shortcut to survarium.exe^[1]

Create a shortcut to <path-to-game>\game\binaries\x86\survarium.exe with the following command line:
-max_video_memory=256 -localization=english
Apply the changes and start the game via shortcut.

Notes

Change the 256 to match your video memory in MB.

Flickering lighting and textures

Disable SLI/Crossfire^[1]
