Windows 7 Compatibility Issues
If you are experiencing difficulty launching the game, right click Risk 2's shortcut and choose Properties. Edit the Target section of the shortcut's properties to read the game path, which should already be there, and then add -noavi
at the end. With that done, you should now be able to see the menu upon launch and play the game.
