Issues and Fixes
Vsync Stuttering
On some configurations Vsync Stuttering may appear, resulting in huge framerate drops. To fix it, either force triple buffering in your nVidia/ATI panel or force vsync off. [2] Alternatively, nVidia users may also try Adaptive Vsync.
