High frame rate

Roughly ten percent of the game's enemies have minor animation issues when the frame rate is unlocked.
HUD elements and 2D animations update faster when running at a higher frame rate.[1]
Unlock the frame rate for animations[2]
  1. Go to <path-to-game>.
  2. Open MarySkelter.ini.
  3. Change UnlockAnimations=0 to UnlockAnimations=1.
Change the refresh rate for Exclusive Fullscreen mode[3]
  1. Go to <path-to-game>.
  2. Open MarySkelter.ini.
  3. Change RefreshRate=60 to RefreshRate=XX, replacing XX with the desired screen refresh rate.
