Vertical sync (Vsync)

Vsync can't be set directly in config.ini as that file is initially encrypted. However, you can simply replace the file with an unencrypted version in which vsync is turned on. [2]
Enable Vsync
  1. Rename the existing config.ini in the folder <path-to-game>.
  2. Create a new text file named config.ini.
  3. Edit this new text file and add the contents of the following pastebin text file: https://pastebin.com/3JHUZ3rC
  4. Save and close the text file.
