General settings.

Modify ini file
Go to the configuration file(s) location. Open the `settings-user.ini` file with Notepad or other text editor. Using the Find function (`Ctrl`+`F`), search for "fullscreen =". There will be exactly one entry. Set value to true for fullscreen mode or false for windowed.
