Half-Life 2 is the second installment in the Half Life series by Valve Corporation. Half-Life 2 is largely credited as being one of the best games of all time, due to it's new way of telling stories by scripted events while playing instead of the traditional cutscenes. Like its predecessor, it was met with critical acclaim earning itself 39 Game of the Year awards. To date, Half-Life 2 is one of the most selling PC video games of all time and still oozes of replay-ability.
Half-Life 2 runs on the Source game engine, which has received many updates since its release in 2004.
