The Fate/Hollow Ataraxia English Patch is an unofficial patch that translates the Japanese text and UI into English. Download the patch Click and drag the patch into the game's installation directory Notes This patch was designed to work for all locales, provided the game's installation directory does not contain a forward-slash character (/). When installing the patch, remove the '/' from the name of the installation folder to avoid issues. For example: Change Fate/hollow ataraxia to Fate hollow ataraxia. A slightly newer version of the English Patch that includes support for custom fonts is included in the Voice Patch (see below).

The Fate/Hollow Ataraxia Voice Patch is an unofficial patch that includes the latest version of the English Patch as well as much of the unique content from the the PS Vita version of Fate/hollow ataraxia, including Japanese voice acting for the characters, resulting in a more immersive experience. It also adds alternative versions of a few scenes which can be viewed after completing them. Download the patch Extract the archive into a new folder Navigate back to the game folder and remove any previous patches that may already be installed (patch*.xp3) Drag and drop patch.xp3, patch2.xp3, and patch3.xp3 into the game's installation folder followed by any of the desired additional patches: patch_lang_english.xp3 is the English translation patch. patch_voice.xp3 adds Japanese voice acting to the game. patch_vita.xp3 adds a PG-rated alternative to a H (hentai) scene, censored images for H content, additional wallpapers, new ending credits, a new about menu, and a music track of the new opening themes to the music menu. patch_op.xp3 adds the Vita opening theme to the game and the movie menu.
