This shouldn't be an issue anymore since Patch 1.02, but in case the game still stutters, lowering the video settings may fix the problem.

If the game process ends right away try starting the game in compatibility mode
  • Right-click the program's icon and choose Properties.
  • In the Properties dialog box, click the Compatibility tab and then check the Run program in compatibility mode for box and choose Windows XP (SP3).
  • click OK
