Issues fixed
Switching Languages
Dust detects languages under Windows based on the system language and under OS X apparently by checking the input language (not the OS language itself). The only way languages can be switched without additional tools is to English. To do so one needs to remove the currently selected language from the application. For OS X this is in ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/Dust An Elysian Tail/DustAET.app/Contents/MacOS/ – deleting the current language's folder will force Dust to use English instead. Windows Users also have the option of using a user written patch that appears to allow more control over language settings.
Heavy stuttering
- This shouldn't be an issue anymore since Patch 1.02, but in case the game still stutters, lowering the video settings may fix the problem.

Notes
- ↑ Notes regarding Steam Play (Linux) data:
- File/folder structure within this directory reflects the path(s) listed for Windows and/or Steam game data.
- Games with Steam Cloud support may also store data in
~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/236090/
. - Use Wine's registry editor to access any Windows registry paths.
- The app ID (236090) may differ in some cases.
- Treat backslashes as forward slashes.
- See the glossary page for details on Windows data paths.
