FullscreenViewportY=0000FullscreenViewportX=0000 - Replace the 0s with your custom resolution and save the file.
Fixing the HUD
To fix the screwed up Hud, go into \deus ex invisible war\System and open default.ini, then find the FOV__d=67 setting and replace 67 with 58 if you are using a 16:10 aspect ratio, or 53 if you are using a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Game only shows black screen
If Google Chrome is running in the background, the game will not load and only show a black screen after loading a game. To fix it you need to manually kill chrome.exe using the Task Manager.
