Deus Ex: Invisible War was released in 2003 and developed by Ion Storm. The game is generally considered a shoddy port, with a radial UI confusing to navigate via mouse and keyboard and several issues which can cause the game to crash. It is the sequel to the original Deus Ex.

Chrome.exe
If chrome.exe is running in the background, the game will not load and only show a black screen after loading a game. To fix that it you need to manually kill chrome.exe from the process manager
