Multi-player matches ignore volume settings

When playing on a multi-player server, the in-game volume settings will be ignored; however, if you play an Instant Action game, the in-game settings will be respected.^[2]

2D menu images stretched when using multi-monitor setup

Will be fixed in future update.^[3]
