Windows

The controller works natively as a DirectInput controller; use XInput Wrapper to add XInput compatibility. Also see DS4Windows and DS4Windows J2K which allows the controller to be connected at startup.
You may want to enable the option "Hide DS4 Controller" so that some games don't detect two controllers at once, as well as "Start Minimized".

Other information

Worn analog sticks are a known issue. If the controller is still under warranty contact Sony or the retailer for replacement instructions.[1] Worn sticks can also be replaced manually (follow this guide).
