The game should remain minimised until the game progress to the main menu (you will typically hear the background music when it progresses). For some players, the games can crash back to desktop near the end of the leading screen. If you are asked for a serial key, sign into Xbox.com and accept the new licence agreement. After this you can sign into the game with that account without being asked for a key.
