Set the `VRally2_Setup.exe` compatibility to Windows 95.

Fixing most of the graphical bugs and low frame rate^[2]
Download dgVoodoo 2 and unpack it. Copy `d3d8.dll`, `ddraw.dll`, `d3dimm.dll` and the `dgVoodoo.exe` from the MS folder and paste them into the installation folder. Open the `dgVoodoo.exe` and click the forward-slash "/" in the top right-hand corner of the window. Click "Apply" then "OK"

When running the game in resolution higher than 640x480, some cockpit elements may be missing.
