Issues fixed

Fixing compatibility issues on modern systems

Getting the configuration utility to work[1]
  1. Set the VRally2_Setup.exe compatibility to Windows 95.
Fixing most of the graphical bugs and low frame rate[2]
  1. Download dgVoodoo 2 and unpack it.
  2. Copy d3d8.dll, ddraw.dll, d3dimm.dll and the dgVoodoo.exe from the MS folder and paste them into the installation folder.
  3. Open the dgVoodoo.exe and click the forward-slash "/" in the top right-hand corner of the window. Click "Apply" then "OK"

Issues unresolved
