Add additional bind to config fileVerified by User:Suicide_machine on 2018-03-06
  1. Edit %USERPROFILE%\Documents\specnaz\config.ini with a text editor.
  2. At the end of the file add a line: 
    bindc +DIK_GRAVE      (console_showhide)
  3. Save the file and launch the game.

Notes:

Use ~ to open the console.
