Modify settings-user.ini^[1]
Go to `%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Venetica\`. Open `settings-user.ini` with a text editor. Find the line that starts with `window_size =`. Change it to the desired resolution, e.g. `window_size = 2560x1080`. Save and close the file.

Field of view (FOV)

Modify settings-user.ini^{[citation needed]}
Go to `%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Venetica\`. Open `settings-user.ini` with a text editor. Find `game_camera_fovy = 50`. Change it to the desired FOV value. Save and close the file.

Windowed

Modify settings-user.ini^[2]
Go to `%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Venetica\` Open `settings-user.ini` with a text editor. Find `fullscreen = true`. Change true to false. Save and close the file.
