Lol, that was just ThatOneReaper's initial version of the Editing Guide that he worked on in his userspace back in 2015 before we moved it over here.
The links in question was just intended to point the user to the target just below the table, the XDG support header just 2-3 lines below.
Funny how it took 5 years for the missed links to be caught, lmao!
