So my game is running at around 58/59 fps max despite being set to "120+" in the options menu. It has only started after my reinstall of Windows 10, game was running fine before. The 60 fps look absolutely horrible. I´ve tried "prefer maximum performance" in the nvidia control panel, disabling game bar and game mode and nvidia driver reinstall

Try using the Steam version, it has quality of life improvements compared to the Windows Store version.
