It's a rehashing of debug features slapped together, hardly essential or a real improvement. There are other trainers that do the same thing and those are not linked here either. The description is also extremely verbose for no reason. To be honest, I can understand why If_and_while kept removing it and flagging it as vandalism, considering who the author is and how much chaos he caused in the past.
