It says on the page you can directly connect to an IP using a shortcut. How does one go about doing this?

Forgive my ignorance here, could you give me an example of what the syntax should look like? Would I also need the host's port? And when you mention game shortcut, do you mean the one that would have "rungameid 729040" under the URL?
