In game vsync doesn't allow off.

On xbox game pass, the game will crash if you set the vsync to off. And if the vsync is somehow set to off before you start the game, it will not launch at all, immediately giving the Rage2 has stopped working message.

I solved this by deleting the Rage 2 folder under %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\id Software.

But I suppose you only need to change the vsync value in the ini file as deleting the folder will delete your save.
