I noted your recent change to the Fallout: New Vegas page, and I was wondering: would WineD3D on Windows - DirectX 9 be a valid replacement, provided I first confirm it works with the game using my copy of it?

Please disregard my previous message - I tested WineD3D on Windows - DirectX 9, and the application crashed upon launching due to an error encountered with wined3d.dll, a required component of Wine's DX9 implementation on Windows. Nothing I did fixed the problem.
