Hi, I was wondering if you can help setup this template for all Steam links please. Basically I want to be able to add a Steam link like {{steam=207170|Legend of Grimrock}} and it will insert the http://store.steampowered.com/app/ before the steam product ID.

I'd also like to set this up for GOG.com links like this: http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/{{{gog}}}/?pp=708a77db476d737e54b8bf4663fc79b346d696d2

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/{{amazon}}/shihac-20/ Where (amazon=B00178630A} would bring you to http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00178630A/shihac-20/

Basically this allow with some flexibility if say, a store changes its link structure, or adjusts its affiliate scheme. Also prevents tampering with the affiliate codes. Thanks! Andytizer

Do you want them as icons (as above) or as text? Perhaps a switch?

Thanks so much! I think just keeping them as text-links will be fine for now, as I intend for these to replace all Steam/GOG.com/Amazon product links on the site.

Righto, amended to display text. The links auto-default to showing the distributor name.

You can also use the icons by specifying |image=true
