Black screen/crash on startup: To my knowledge this does happen by mods. After deactivating them, the restart.fl file in the savegames folder might need to be deleted as well.

I'd like to pull the windows tag from the first column, and use it for 32-bit, 64-bit, and preferences labels instead. Make it more readable.
