With the Reloaded Edition update they may have changed the headphone options, I don't remember the original option, but there are two different (loud/quiet) options now. The game now supports Microsoft Spatial Sound, so selecting a spatial sound device from the Windows 11 sound output menu before launching the game will make the game automatically pass vertical audio to the selected spatial device.
