You can skip the devolver digital intro video by deleting/renaming this file:

<installpath>\Cult Of The Lamb_Data\StreamingAssets\MMVideoPlayer\Videos\Devolver_Animated_Logo_v001_4k_Audio-_HQ_HBR_MP4.mp4

Not sure how to skip the developer's though

How can I check it is really DRM-free?

I uninstalled the game, and moved the folder (I made a copy), but the game wouldn't get pass the logo.
